		John Wyatt Managing Partner John trained at Nash & Co, qualified in 1981 and was made a partner in 1983. His experience is civil litigation and personal injury with considerable specialist experience in Licensing, Commercial Disputes and charity work. He is a member of the Law Society's Personal Injury Panel and an accredited mediator.

		Austin Blackburn Partner Austin joined Nash & Co in September 2005 from a firm in Peterborough. 		Karen Bussell Partner Arriving in Devon in 1982 to work as a commercial diver, Karen took up law after a varied career which included management, lecturing and journalism. She joined Nash in February 2002 and has a client base of both employers and employees. She is experienced in dealing with and settling employment disputes, advising on procedures and disciplinary matters as well as drafting agreements, contracts and staff policies.
