		Michael Shiers Partner Michael joined the firm in 1993 and was made a Partner in 1996. He heads the Claimant Litigation department, dealing primarily with personal injury cases but he also undertakes general common law matters. He has been a member of the Law Society's Personal Injury Specialist Panel since 1996 and is also a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers
Having graduated from Exeter University with a law degree, Mike worked in London to complete his post graduate training. He joined Nash & Co in 1993 and was made a partner in 1996. He heads the Claimant Litigation department and has been a member of the Law Society's Personal Injury Specialist panel since 1996 and a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers. Mike is on the risk management committee and is the Quality Partner with overall responsibility for maintaining Nash & Co's Lexcel and Investor in People accreditations. Mike lives in Ivybridge and enjoys playing tennis in his spare time. Areas of Speciality Serious Injury Cases – including brain & spinal injuries and industrial diseases.
