Personal Profile

		William Giles Partner William is the Partner in charge of the Family Team. He has been with the firm since May 1997, having qualified in December 1994. William has been a specialist family law solicitor since he qualified. He is a member of the Law Society's Children Panel and Family Law Panel (advanced tier) which recognises his experience in dealing with divorcing couples and the related financial and children issues.
Will is a Partner at Nash & Co and the Head of the Family Law Team. He has over 15 years experience as a family law specialist and is member of The Law Society’s Children Panel as well as the Family Law Advanced Panel. He is an accredited Resolution Specialist in Advocacy relating to financial provision and in private children law. Will is also a specially trained collaborative lawyer. Collaborative law aims to resolve parties disputes by encouraging discussion and communication, rather than going through Court. This should enable parties to resolve their disputes amicably, enabling them to work together in the long term in the best interests of their children. Will heads a team made up of two Associates, two Legal Executives, a trainee Legal Executive and a Paralegal supported by four experienced secretaries and a trainee Legal Executive.
