Our aim is simply to obtain payment of your costs as soon as possible. Nash & Co costs team will produce an accurate, proportionate bill reflecting all work carried out properly recoverable in today’s cost climate. Avoiding the need for protracted negotiation, an accurately drawn bill allows costs proceedings to be commenced at the earliest possible opportunity. This limits the chances of the paying party employing delaying tactics as proceedings can be commenced to put in place a court imposed timetable. By immediately drawing an accurate bill, time-consuming “horse-trading” is avoided.

It Costs You Nothing

All we ask you for are the court fees necessary to issue and go to detailed assessment. Our costs will be recovered from the paying party. You will be asked to sign an authority for costs to be payable to Nash & Co costing, so that our charges can be deducted and all your costs ordered or agreed sent to you.

If you elect to proceed to a Detailed Assessment against our advice, you will be responsible for our costs and those of the paying party should you be unsuccessful. We ask you to give us delegated authority to settle costs within agreed parameters. More >>
