New Partners at Nash & Co

Nash & Co, the well-respected Plymouth-based firm of solicitors, has appointed two new Partners in this year’s round of promotions: Austin Blackburn, who re-located to Plymouth from Peterborough last September and joined Nash & Co to lead its expanding Commercial Team; and Tracey Flanagan, who has been with Nash & Co since 1999 and heads up the Wills, Trusts and Probate Team.

As Guy Walker, Senior Partner, explains “Austin and Tracey are both specialists in their respective branch of law and we are delighted that they have joined the Partnership. Austin brought with him a wide range of commercial skills that compliments our already highly qualified commercial team. His was a key appointment, in that we wanted to be able to offer a comprehensive service to our business clients including the more diverse areas of commercial law such as corporate finance and intellectual property.

“During her seven years with Nash & Co, Tracey has demonstrated a considerable talent for her chosen area of law and a real empathy with her clients when dealing with matters at the most difficult times in their lives.
