What Partners can expect from us

We recognise that a move into a partner role in a new firm is a big step and that’s why we will make your move to Nash & Co as easy as possible. We understand that joining us has to be an opportunity for you and fit in with your personal career aspirations.

Like you, we know that one size does not fit all; we take that into account right from the start with a carefully tailored recruitment process that is suited to your circumstances. You will have the opportunity to meet our team and have plenty of time to find out all about us and the way that we work – our ethical approach and our creative culture.

We will arrange for you to have a combination of informal time with our partners together with more formal discussions about your business proposals for the partnership and how these contribute and align with the development and growth of the firm.

When you start with us we will continue with the integration through a full and comprehensive induction programme to assist you in your first few weeks as part of our team.

What we are looking for from Partners

We’re looking for individuality, the ability to break the mould and creative thinking; these are some of the attributes that will help us to realise our shared goal of becoming the ‘Firm of Choice’ for the area. What is most important however, is that you share our belief in the provision of outstanding client service, the development of a high-performing team culture and the building of a sustainable and profitable business.

For us, saying that we put our people and our clients first is not just lip-service; recognising talent and embracing diversity is at the heart of our success; we recruit staff with a wide range of skills and backgrounds and work with businesses and people from all walks of life. While there is no such thing as a typical partner at Nash & Co, you will have to be able to identify with and share in this culture – our thinking and our vision for the firm.

But in return you’ll have the autonomy and freedom to grow your own practice area; to build a high-quality offering – all with the full support of our Managing Partner. You will also be expected to develop high quality client work for the firm, but again this comes with the opportunity to work closely with a talented senior management team and partners in an open and inclusive corporate culture.
