Jamie is an Associate Solicitor and Head of the Commercial Dispute Resolution team. Having joined Nash & Co Solicitors LLP in April 2019, he has more than 5 years experience as a solicitor and civil litigator.

Jamie regularly advises shareholders and directors in resolving corporate disputes and has significant experience in advising on unfair prejudice claims, on behalf of shareholders, and derivative claims against directors. He also advises partners and partnerships, across all sectors, in resolving business and partnership disputes.

He is very experienced in advising employers and employees on restrictive covenants and post termination restrictions, and regularly gives training in this area.

In addition, Jamie advises on a wealth of commercial, property and construction disputes and is experienced in advising on high value debt recovery work and data protection breaches. In the past, Jamie has worked with public sector client and advised on discrimination, education and admission law and is an experienced advocate, having represented a wide range of clients in county and magistrate courts throughout the country.
