Mark joined the Employment Team in February 2017 following completion of his law degree.
Mark is a Trainee Chartered Legal Executive. Mark’s day to day role includes advising commercial clients on employment and HR matters such as disciplinaries, grievances and family friendly rights (including flexible working and maternity). Mark also assists commercial clients drafting bespoke contracts and policies and procedures.
Mark also supports businesses defend Employment Tribunal claims, which includes drafting all Employment Tribunal documentation such as defences, disclosure, applications and witness statements. Mark has specific experience in unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing claims, as well as dealing with matters before the Employment Appeal Tribunal.
Mark works closely with our commercial clients to ensure that they receive the first class service that they deserve.
