Samantha joined Nash & Co in March 2016, having previously worked in retail for 18 years. During her final 3 years in retail she trained to become a Customer Service Manager.
This has proved invaluable in helping her to build up a very strong rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
She initially started at Nash & Co as an Administrative Assistant with the accounts team but within a few months had taken the opportunity to join the Residential Conveyancing Department as their work load had grown rapidly. She quickly became an important part of the team and was offered amazing support and training on the job.
As a result of her previous experience and the training that she has received at Nash, she is more than happy to explain the conveyancing process to clients in order to help them through what can be a very stressful time.
