I joined the Dispute Resolution team at Nash & Co in January 2018 after working at a national law firm since graduating from university. After a few months I expressed an interest in commencing my training to become a Chartered Legal Executive, Nash & Co were supportive from the outset and I was soon enrolled. Nash & Co understands that one size does not fit all, I therefore have the flexibility to undertake my studies at a pace that suits me.

Working within the Dispute Resolution team means that the work I do is extremely varied and no two days are the same, one day I could be advising on a property possession and the next a breach of contract. Since joining the team I have progressed to managing my own caseload with the support and guidance of experienced experts. This has allowed me to continue to develop and progress and I never feel that I am alone. To date, the firm have been nothing but supportive with my progression and training.

Everyone at Nash & Co are friendly and have made me feel welcome. The firm as a whole encourages everyone to engage not only on a professional level but also a social one, and throughout the year it holds a number of events for the staff.

I would recommend Nash & Co to anyone who wants to feel valued in their employment and are keen to progress their career.
