Employment Team

After graduating from University in September 2017, I decided to begin my legal career by gaining a role as a Paralegal.  From my initial interview with Nash & Co I instantly knew that it was the firm where I wanted to work and a firm where I could see myself having an enjoyable career.

What made Nash & Co different to any other firm was:

  • the way that they treat their employees – they want every employee to be involved and truly value their input. Not only that, but they host regular quiz nights for staff and look after and thank their employees for their hard work be that with the hire of an ice-cream van, a gift at Christmas or a frequent delivery of fruit;
  • they see a bright future for the firm and having a strong plan in place to ensure that their vision becomes reality; and
  • they want to invest in their employees and are prepared to help employees gain their legal qualifications and fulfil their career goals.

Since working for Nash & Co, I have had the opportunity to gain a vast array of experience be that drafting Tribunal documents such as, defences or witness statements or, assisting with day-to-day matters such as, communicating with clients, researching areas of the law and providing legal but practical advice to queries we receive from our clients.

I would recommend Nash & Co in a heartbeat to anyone who wants to work for a great firm alongside some of the best legal professionals!
