Rachel Collins

Chartered Legal Executive
Employment Team

I joined Nash & Co Solicitors in July 2015 as a Trainee Legal Executive, having worked at a regional firm. During my time at Nash & Co, I have qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive and also undertaken my LPC, all with the support of the firm. I aim to qualify as a Solicitor in August 2018.

What stands out for me during my time at Nash & Co is how committed they have been: not only to my legal career, but also to me as a person. I also feel that I have had the benefit of a good work/life balance, as Nash & Co understands the importance of the day to day job, but also time off for study, exams and personal life. Provided you work hard, the firm has demonstrated that it is more than willing to support you in your professional endeavours. I would also add that the mentoring and training I have received is second to none: I have had the benefit of working with two Partners, both of whom are experts in their field and have shared invaluable knowledge (both practical and technical) with me.

Finally, I have had the pleasure of working with a large number of employers from an array of different sectors which has given me a breath of commercial experience I do not think that I would have benefitted from elsewhere.
