Sharmaine is a Solicitor in the Employment Team. Sharmaine joined Nash & Co in September 2021, having previously worked in a South West law firm and specialising in employment law.

Sharmaine has experience in dealing with both contentious and non-contentious work: providing employment advice to commercial clients, as well as drafting key documents, such as policies and contracts. Sharmaine also acts for employers in defending Employment Tribunal claims, providing support from the outset of a claim through to the final hearing.
