Gemma qualified as a Solicitor in 2007 having completed her Law degree at Plymouth University and her Legal Practice course at Exeter University.

Practicing in the South West since qualification, Gemma deals with all aspects of family law, including divorce and financial matters, disputes regarding children and domestic abuse matters and advising non-married couples who choose to separate.

Gemma is a member of Resolution, a community of family legal professionals focussed on assisting people to resolve disputes in a constructive, non-confrontational way.

Gemma is an accredited specialist in the areas of children and domestic abuse, showing that she has demonstrated expert knowledge in these areas.

It is a common misconception that when you divorce, the financial links you have with your spouse come to an end.
